When we first moved to Vegas in Summer 2022, we were looking for a rental home. Unlike other places in the past, apparently it's common to have a realtor representing for rentals as well! I had great prior experience with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, so I just called the closest office and asked for an available agent. I was so lucky that Brenda was assigned available! She was able to look at the rental and got things done quickly. As this was the first time this home was converted to a rental, she noticed some rental codes that were not there and brought it up, which were rectified within 3 days of moving in. After living here for a year, we were now in the market for a home to call ours. We immediately went back to Brenda. We must have viewed over 20 homes before finding the right ones (and get outbid, so we had to start over twice!). She went well above and beyond by finding a way to have a secure lockbox on my not too friendly door handle, to posting 24-hour surveillance signs on my fence, when random people were showing up trying to enter the yard without an appointment. She also followed up with the contractor for completion of requested repairs, to ensure that the Buyer’s final walk through was smooth and all completed repairs approved. She collaborated with the photographer to get the right lighting and angles of each room for the photos highlighted on real estate websites. I cannot say enough good things about Brenda, I feel truly blessed to have met her. I highly recommend this great realtor.
